Can You Refrigerate Rolls Before Baking?

If you are prepping these rolls ahead, you can cover them tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate them until you are ready to bake. For big meals, like Thanksgiving or Christmas, I definitely like to prep rolls ahead because I don’t want to be dealing with flour all over the counters while cooking other food.
