- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Put the onion cut into round slices in the bottom of a baking dish, and on top, the fish and the peeled potatoes. Season with a little salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika and lemon juice. Drizzle with olive oil and bake about 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
What’s the best way to cook dogfish?
Place the dogfish in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt, a bunch of coriander and a peeled onion. Bring to a boil over high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and cook about 7 to 8 minutes. Turn off the heat, drain the dogfish with a skimmer, remove the skin and bones and cut into pieces.
