Yellow and orange discoloration can appear on bathroom grout for many reasons. Oftentimes, hard water is the biggest culprit that causes the grout to become discolored. However, it can also become discolored due to excessive moisture, spills, improper cleaning products, and a buildup of residue from personal products.
