Can You Skate On Pavement London?

This is illegal and it is dangerous for pedestrians, especially young children and the elderly. I have experienced several near misses by cyclists and e-scooters on the pavement. Obviously, wheelchairs and baby buggies are allowed on the pavement, but not other wheeled vehicles including skateboards.
