WHAT IS THE SHELF-LIFE OF YOUR SMOKED SALMON? Smoked salmon, trout, mackerel etc. usually keep for at least three weeks as long as the pack is sealed and chilled in the refrigerator. This is due to the salting, smoking and vacuum packing of the fish (see also “How we smoke our salmon”).
